Imagine a world where every workplace
is rooted in humanity, equity, and justice.

Let’s make it happen.

We help leaders, teams and organizations practice relational anti-racism and anti-oppression (ARAO). Using facilitated dialogue, games, and customized workshops, we'll nurture your diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts so you can stop relying on policy changes alone, and start relying on each other.

Learn how to create real change by changing your culture – how you relate to each other as a team. We'll help you choose curiosity over defensiveness, connection over fear, and action over avoidance.

While many organizations are currently pulling back from this work, we’re doubling down. We know the backlash is real – but so is the need. We’re here for the folks who are still showing up, still asking hard questions, and still trying. You’re not alone.

  • “Working with Eaman and Caitlin feels like being met with both honesty and deep care. They make brave conversations possible, and they do it in a way that draws people in rather than shutting them down. Their ability to guide, hold space, and walk with community is powerful and deeply needed. The impact stays with you long after a session ends, in how people reflect, relate, and move through the world. I'm grateful for their presence in this work.”

  • “Working with Caitlin and Eaman on our Equity Audit and DEI learning was a transformative experience. From the very beginning, it felt like we were wading into new territory together—and that sense of shared journey made all the difference.

What stood out most was their heart, passion, and deep care—not just for the work, but for us as people. They took the time to truly get to know us, building trust in a way that made space for honest reflection and growth. They challenged us, but always with care—encouraging us to step beyond our comfort zones while offering support every step of the way.

I initially approached them with a question, unsure of where it might lead. Their response—“tell me more”—set the tone for everything that followed. That curiosity, humility, and commitment to collaboration became the foundation of our work together.

The learning they facilitated was impactful, at times necessarily uncomfortable, and always grounded in the understanding that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging must be the heart of our system. The activities and group work they designed were powerful tools in helping us engage with anti-racism and anti-oppression in real, meaningful ways. Their expertise was clear, but just as important was the compassion and wisdom with which they shared it.

Caitlin and Eaman didn’t just work for us—they worked with us. Every step of the process was designed in partnership, with the abilities and needs of everyone in mind. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would recommend working with them to anyone ready to take this important step forward.”

  • “Our team was lucky enough to work with Eaman and Caitlin for several months. During that time, we were privileged to play Pollinating Change twice. The first time, and near the beginning of our journey, our team was struggling to open up and engage in conversations. Pollinating Change helped us to get more comfortable in conversation as a team, and support approaching those more difficult conversations. By our second time playing, we had gained comfortability and conversations were lively.

Pollinating change helped our team to see each other as human, relate to each other, and supported working from a more relational approach when it comes to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; and ultimately, a shift towards anti-racist, anti-oppressive approach to practice.

I would recommend this experience for leaders and teams who notice themselves struggling with communication and/or relationships. Relationships can be a heavy topic and intimidating to approach… play is an excellent way to increase engagement- and to notice and hear each other!”

Every conversation sparks reflection.

Every reflection shapes action.

And every action teaches us something new.

It’s not a straight line—it’s a rhythm we return to again & again:

Talk ~ Reflect ~ Practice ~ Repeat
