Pollinating Change is a facilitated game that helps spark self-reflection, dialogue, and peer learning. We co-created this game as a way to make discussions about team dynamics and ARAO more approachable. There are no winners or losers because, let’s face it, we all win when we have meaningful conversations!

The more we guide you through playing, the more this game shows us what it’s capable of offering. We adapt the questions to be relevant to the needs of the group and it truly hits every time. It also doubles as a team-building opportunity because there are moments of getting to know each other better - building trust, empathy and understanding.

This game meets people where they’re at and evolves with its players. As they continue to practice and learn, the questions increasingly challenge the players each time they play.
