We’ll help you create real change.

There is no one-size-fits-all to learning anti-racism, anti-oppression (ARAO). Our approach is highly adaptable, ensuring that every session is tailored to each organization’s specific context. We customize our programs to balance depth with playfulness, challenge with care, and discomfort with moments of levity.

We typically design our programming by pulling from the following three areas. Here are some examples of what we might use, but these lists aren’t exhaustive.

    • Connecting through trust-building exercises

    • Reviewing the basics of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

    • Introducing the Brave Space framework

    • Exploring power, privilege & oppression

    • Shifting from DEI to ARAO

    • Playing Pollinating Change - A conversational game

    • Using the Empathy Toy Ⓡ to build connection & communication

    • Poking holes in perfectionism with the Failure Toy Ⓡ

    • Analyzing case studies & real world scenarios

    • Facilitating dialogue that invites curiosity & candor

    • Practicing self & team reflection to deepen insights

    • Developing leadership & team dynamics

    • Fostering equity-informed workplace culture

    • Operationalizing organizational values to support change

    • Examining niceness vs. kindness in organizational culture

    • Conducting equity audits of curriculum & policy

    • Facilitating strategic planning through an equity & ARAO lens

  • “Working with Caitlin and Eaman on our Equity Audit and DEI learning was a transformative experience. From the very beginning, it felt like we were wading into new territory together—and that sense of shared journey made all the difference.”

  • “What stood out most was their heart, passion, and deep care—not just for the work, but for us as people. They took the time to truly get to know us, building trust in a way that made space for honest reflection and growth. They challenged us, but always with care—encouraging us to step beyond our comfort zones while offering support every step of the way.”

  • “I initially approached them with a question, unsure of where it might lead. Their response—“tell me more”—set the tone for everything that followed. That curiosity, humility, and commitment to collaboration became the foundation of our work together.”

  • “The learning they facilitated was impactful, at times necessarily uncomfortable, and always grounded in the understanding that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging must be the heart of our system. The activities and group work they designed were powerful tools in helping us engage with anti-racism and anti-oppression in real, meaningful ways. Their expertise was clear, but just as important was the compassion and wisdom with which they shared it.”

  • “Caitlin and Eaman didn’t just work for us—they worked with us. Every step of the process was designed in partnership, with the abilities and needs of everyone in mind. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would recommend working with them to anyone ready to take this important step forward.”
